Experience, knowledge and honest guidance.
Our team brings more than 50 years of combined professional tree-care experience to every project.
Jennings’ Tree Service is a locally built team committed to thoughtful tree care, safe operations and recommendations grounded in tree biology. We work to preserve trees when appropriate, remove them when necessary and clearly explain the reasoning behind our recommendations.
Meet the JTS team.
Bradley Jennings
Owner and Consulting Arborist
ISA Certified Arborist MW-6228A | TRAQ | CTSP
Hails from Arnett, Oklahoma
Bradley’s career in natural resources and professional tree care spans more than 20 years. He began with the U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Indian Affairs and Oklahoma State Parks before moving into independent arboriculture and establishing Jennings’ Tree Service, L.L.C.
That early foundation developed into a career encompassing tree health care, preservation-minded pruning, disease identification, hazard mitigation, professional tree-risk assessment, complex removals, emergency and storm response, crane-assisted operations, tree planting, land management, arboricultural consulting and technical report writing.
Bradley is an ISA Certified Arborist, TRAQ-qualified tree-risk assessor and Certified Treecare Safety Professional. He believes good tree care begins with an honest assessment: preserve the tree when appropriate, remove it when necessary and clearly explain the reasoning to the client.
As a Northwest Oklahoma business owner, Bradley is committed to developing skilled tree-care professionals, advancing safety and providing thoughtful recommendations grounded in tree biology—not simply selling work.
Matt “The Machine” Doane
Ground Operations Lead
Hails from Ringwood, Oklahoma
Matt has been part of the JTS team since 2023. His diverse work history includes experience in the oil field, where he developed the grit, adaptability and strong work ethic he brings to every jobsite.
As our primary groundsman lead, Matt helps keep people, equipment and material moving safely and efficiently. He is rarely standing still—and his steady pace encourages the rest of the crew to keep moving alongside him. That dependable drive earned him the nickname “The Machine.”
Away from work, Matt is a devoted family man with a genuinely good heart. He brings loyalty, determination and a willingness to work hard. While he takes great pride in his profession, his purpose extends beyond the jobsite: he works hard to build a good life for his family.
Christian “Climber 1” Brown
Primary Climber and Licensed Applicator
Hails from Waukomis, Oklahoma
Christian has worked in professional tree care since 2019. His background includes utility-line clearance and experience with McCoy’s, Wright’s and ProTree, where he developed a strong foundation in climbing, aerial operations and safe work around trees.
As JTS’s primary climber, Christian handles pruning and removal work throughout the canopy. He is a hungry learner who has developed the precision and artistic touch required for thoughtful residential tree care. Christian is also a licensed applicator and is currently studying for the ISA Certified Arborist exam.
Christian genuinely loves tree work and is a dedicated family man. While he takes great pride in his profession, his purpose extends beyond the jobsite: he works hard to build a good life for his family.
Rodd “Hot Rodd” Siegmann
Bucket Truck and Equipment Operator
CDL | Line-Clearance Experience
Hails from Hennessey, Oklahoma
Rodd brings more than nine years of professional tree-care experience to Jennings’ Tree Service. Before joining JTS, he worked with Nate’s Tree Service and Riggs Tree Service, developing a broad foundation in tree operations and line-clearance work.
An experienced bucket-truck and equipment operator, Rodd holds a commercial driver’s license and is known as a capable, resourceful teammate who can be counted on to keep work moving safely and efficiently. His practical skills and mechanical ability make him especially valuable when a job requires sound judgment, adaptability and a hands-on solution.
Away from tree work, Rodd enjoys racing, flying and building engines for several friends involved in NASCAR. Whether operating equipment, turning wrenches or taking to the air, he brings the same mechanical curiosity and steady approach to everything he does.
Mike “The Magician” Morriss
Equipment Specialist
Hails from Ponca City, Oklahoma
Mike served in the U.S. Army Infantry from 1988 to 2008. He also worked as a civilian-contractor aircraft mechanic from 1996 to 2020, bringing decades of mechanical experience, practical knowledge and disciplined problem-solving to the JTS team.
Mike joined Jennings’ Tree Service in 2022 and has been working his magic ever since—repairing, rebuilding and assembling the trucks, machines and specialized equipment that keep our operation moving.
Mike now spends most of his time at Bristell, but he remains an important part of the JTS team. When we encounter a mechanical problem so difficult or heavy that no one else can solve it, we call Mike.
Even having “The Magician” part-time gives us confidence that when a problem appears unsolvable, we can still find a way forward.
Chad “The Fix” Eastin
Team Support and Problem Solver
Hails from Goltry, Oklahoma
Chad has spent much of his life serving others. He served his country in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, including overseas deployments. After returning home, he began roasting coffee and helping Jennings’ Tree Service, officially joining the team in 2017.
Although Chad now teaches at Oklahoma Bible Academy and roasts his signature coffee, he continues to support JTS part time whenever the team needs an experienced and dependable hand.
True to his nickname, “The Fix,” Chad has a remarkable ability to repair nearly anything—from hydraulics and engines to a difficult day on the job. Whether he is brewing a great cup of coffee, solving a mechanical problem or strengthening relationships, Chad continues to serve the people around him with skill, patience and a generous spirit.
